snickerrooters

Matthew recorded the sound of the snickerrooters and believes it is actually toads. He says there are toads that can sound like a chicken or one that can scream. Maybe we can boost the sound, put it on a cd and hand it out for halloween doorbell ringing music.

Who knew toads were so versatile and talented? Your idea for Halloween sounds great. I am kind of disappointed the prairie dog thing is over. I had high hopes a book could be written.... Matthew is pretty smart. When did he learn about toads?
