Well, it's official. The house is listed.
After interviewing agents and spending about a week de-cluttering, painting the front porch and garage doors, staining the deck, and doing other things our realtor suggested, it's on the market. We're keeping our fingers crossed and trying to be patient.

That's a lot of house for an excellent price. Way to go. I wish I knew someone who might be interested in buying a house in Georgia. But, sigh, I don't. You and Trent have worked hard to take care of and improve your home. I am sure your hard work will pay off.
Thanks for your encouragement, Honor. I love ya! :-)
Katie your house is so light and airy. It looks like it's designed to sell. We could sure use Trents help getting our yard under control. Yards are a lot of work. You have great curb appeal, very inviting.
Thanks for your kind words, Carol. :-) No bites yet, but we're hopeful.
When we're living in Wichita, maybe Trent can stop by sometime and give you and Tom a hand. Look at me --- volunteering him without his knowledge. Ah ha ha ha ha ha!
Happy Mother's Day!
