Hey, Fiddler Family (and their Relations)! Are you ready to reconnect? Let's use this blog to share and respond to the stories of our daily lives--from the monumental events to the everyday humdrums. Write about the books you're reading, the movies you're watching, the politics that piss you off. Let's share our frustrations and hurts, along with our successes and joys. Poetry, prose, lists, prayers, images--anything goes on this blog. It's time to reconnect.

The swans were beautiful. The police do not have any idea who killed them. I am glad the kittens found a home. They are cute. You took good care of them Carol.
That is heartbreaking. How could someone do that? I hope they catch them and have to do their time in a cage at the zoo. I imagine it was hard to see all those little fur balls leave. You did a wonderful thing taking in that mother cat and her kittens. You should feel really good about that, not many people would have taken on that responsibility. It would have been tempting to take one home, but Lily is almost 16 and I don't think she would really want to share her liter box or prime sofa spots with an energetic kitten. I told John that it would be fun to have another outdoor kitty that could sleep in his workshop at night or on cold rainy days. He didn't agree with me for some reason. He really liked Bongo Kitty but he was happy to have his liter box free workshop back when he passed on.
I didn't know you had been taking care of kittens, Carol. Way to go. So, do you have any cats left now?
How did the swans die? What the hell is wrong with people?
Merry Christmas.
