Crazy Weather Shenanigans

Well with all the weather that has been going on the past couple weeks I've gotten a wild hair to get out and experience some of it. My first venture was back about 2 weeks ago, I chased the tornado that ended up hitting Manhattan while it was not a tornado while I was around, it was sure trying. At one point I looked up out of my car window and could see the rotating beginnings of a funnel cloud at which point I promptly got to a safer distance. My second journey was just this past evening with the little bit of hell and fury that past over us, needless to say it was insane!

Car wash across the street from Bunge (taken at night mind you)

Great pictures! Be careful though. I don't want you to get hit by lightning. You still have a lot to write about. There is still more wonderful pictures to take. We would like to see more of both.

WOW! Great pictures Matty! Please do be careful though. It could be kind of exciting (though scary) to have a storm chaser in the family. I look forward to seeing more interesting pictures, you should take up photography.

Matty I am the third voice of caution---be careful, but as has been stated, beautiful exciting pics, maybe you should be a professional photograher, take a class or two to learn the ropes and apprentice with someone. You might be working for National Geographic down the road, or maybe create a website with your pics and write the story or poem to go with them. You are young, take your pick of exciting challenges.
